2025 was a year of transformation, growth, and renewed commitment to our mission: advancing professionalism in policing across Ohio. Partnerships like ours with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office continue to shape our reach and impact.
Thanks to your support, the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (OTOA) not only expanded access to life-saving training but also strengthened our capacity to lead, respond, and serve.

We equip all first responders with a tactical mindset and set the standard of professionalism through vital training and education. We are an independent nonprofit organization committed to elevating the performance of first responders by cultivating a community of like-minded professionals who serve with integrity and purpose.

2025 Financial Overview
In 2025, the Ohio Tactical Officers Association operated from a position of strength, thanks to key partnerships, sustainable programming, and mission-driven investments. Our partnership with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and the success of our Annual Tactical Training Conference were central to both our program delivery and financial health.
